Exchange for Store Credit

Please note that we do not offer cash refunds. We provide exchanges in the form of store credit. Here's what you need to know:

Notify us at levelblissinfo@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for your exchange.
Once you receive your RMA number, send the item back for exchange within 30 days.
Store credit issued for the exchange is valid for 60 days from the date of issue.

Please note that the following items are not eligible for exchange:

Swimwear
Intimate items

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for covering their own return shipping costs.
